Role OverviewWe are looking for a Hub Incharge to manage end-to-end last-mile hub operations, with a strong focus on rider hiring, rider management, and local geographical knowledge. The candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily hub operations and ensure smooth last-mile delivery.
2. Handle rider hiring, onboarding, deployment, and availability.
3. Ensure sufficient rider strength based on daily shipment volumes.
4. Maintain strong knowledge of local geography, including pincodes, routes, nearby areas, and serviceable locations.
5. Monitor rider attendance, productivity, performance, and retention.
6. Ensure timely shipment dispatch and delivery within defined SLAs.
7. Monitor shipment ageing, RTO, NDR, and delivery performance.
8. Coordinate with field teams to resolve operational challenges.
9. Maintain daily MIS reports and operational performance trackers.
10. Ensure adherence to company processes and operational SOPs.

• Candidate Requirements1–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
• Hands-on experience in rider hiring and management.
• Strong knowledge of local geography and nearby areas.
• Understanding of last-mile delivery operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates from Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon, Flipkart, and similar logistics companies.

Key Hiring Criteria:

• Rider hiring experience.
• Strong local geographical knowledge.
• Hands-on last-mile operations experience.
