Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, emails, and online platforms.
  • Connect with potential clients through calls and emails.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
  • Schedule client meetings and give product/service presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with clients and build strong business relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in B2B IT Sales or Business Development.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and client handling.
  • Experience with cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Qualification: Any Graduate. BBA/MBA in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
