Job Description
We are a growing AI software company in Ahmedabad (C.G. Road) hiring energetic Inside Sales Executives for our team.
Your role: call new customers, welcome them, help them start their trial, answer their questions, and guide them to become paid users. This is a phone-based desk job, not field work.
What you'll do:
- Call and onboard new customers over the phone
- Explain our product simply and clearly
- Guide customers through their pilot/trial
- Answer doubts and follow up regularly
- Convert trial users into paying customers
Who we want:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer support (edtech / SaaS / BPO background preferred)
- Completed internship in sales or BD is welcome
- Fluent in Hindi and good spoken English
- Comfortable talking on calls all day
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
Job details:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month + incentives
- Location: Shail Complex, C.G. Road, Ahmedabad (work from office)
- Full-time, immediate joining
