Position: Senior Executive – Retention

Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities

 Handle customer renewal follow-ups and retention activities. 

 Follow up with customers for timely policy renewals. 

 Coordinate with RMs/Agents and customers for renewal-related requirements. 

 Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

  Maintain and update renewal data, reports, and MIS. 

 Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to improve renewal conversion. 

 Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups. 

 Coordinate with the team for smooth renewal and retention processes. 

 Work proactively towards achieving renewal and retention targets. Required Qualifications

 Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline. 

 1–3 years of experience, preferably in insurance renewals or retention. 

 Experience in health insurance will be an added advantage. 

Required Skills

 Excellent communication and telephone etiquette. 

 Gujarati speaking is mandatory. 

 Hindi and English communication will be an added advantage. 

 Good customer-handling and follow-up skills. 

 Good coordination skills with customers and RMs/Agents. 

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Email. 

 Ability to maintain data, reports, and MIS. 

 Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach. 

 Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The candidate should have excellent voice quality, a professional communication style, and good telephone etiquette. The candidate should be comfortable handling customer calls, regular follow-ups, and working towards renewal and retention goals.
