Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic International Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Communicate professionally with international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude while dealing with customers.

• Required Skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Good convincing and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a night shift.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Educational Qualification
• Graduation / Any Degree Completed
• Candidates from any educational background can apply.

• Experience in International Customer Support, BPO, Voice Process, or International Calling will be an added advantage.
