Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update daily inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, inward and outward stock movements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track stock availability, shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate data in Excel and inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, and operations teams.
- Verify physical stock against system records.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving them.
- Prepare stock movement, consumption, ageing, and reconciliation reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions.
- Analyze inventory data and provide reports to management.
- Ensure timely data entry and reporting.
- Support stock audits and periodic inventory verification.
- Required SkillsExcellent knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, charts, etc.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in MIS, Inventory, Warehouse, Operations, or Data Management will be preferred.
