Position: Telecalling / Lead Generation Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for an exciting opportunity involving customer interaction, outbound calling and lead generation.


📌 Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and generate relevant leads.
  • Share basic information about the services.
  • Build customer interest through effective communication.
  • Maintain follow-ups and update lead details.
  • No hardcore sales or aggressive target-based selling.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass & Above.
  • Experience: 8 Months – 1 Year of recent experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Lead Generation.
  • Languages: Hindi & Gujarati (Both Mandatory).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 In-hand.
  • Unlimited Incentives.
  • Salary based on last drawn salary and experience.

⏰ Work Details:

  • Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM.
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
  • 1 Rotational Week-off.
