Branch Manager
Company: Prachin Holistic Care – Ayurvedic & Naturopathy Hospital
Location: Vastral, Ahmedabad
Reporting To: MD Doctors / Director
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Purpose
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Vastral branch, including operations, leads, sales, staff, doctors, patient experience and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all leads, calls, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.
* Drive daily, monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with doctors for patient flow, consultations and next-day patient funnel.
* Manage the complete branch team, including reception, therapists and support staff.
* Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance and productivity.
* Ensure excellent patient experience, follow-up, retention and referrals.
* Monitor branch hygiene, inventory, maintenance and daily operations.
* Ensure strict implementation of SOPs, discounts, offers and management instructions.
* Monitor cancellations, pending leads, package sales and Google reviews.
* Prepare and share daily MIS – leads, visits, conversions, revenue and staff performance.
* Identify branch issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Take complete ownership of branch performance and revenue growth.
* Report directly to MD Doctors / Owners.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of relevant management/operations experience
* Strong leadership, sales and team-management skills
* Excellent communication and coordination
* Strong patient-handling and problem-solving ability
* Good Excel/Google Sheets & MIS knowledge
* Target-oriented, proactive and accountable
