🔹 Job Responsibilities

🚀 Field Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential exhibitors, manufacturers, brands, and sponsors for upcoming exhibitions.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and present exhibition participation opportunities.
• Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
• Build strong relationships with clients and convert prospects into confirmed exhibitors.
• Promote exhibition stall bookings and sponsorship packages to potential clients.
• Develop new business opportunities across assigned industry segments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and exhibition-wise booking goals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Update client information, sales activities, and follow-up status in the CRM or reporting system.

📊 Team Management & Sales Planning

• Plan daily field visits, client meetings, and sales activities.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain regular reports.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Support business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, events, or trade shows is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage client meetings and close sales.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
