Job Description
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and support network solutions using Cisco and Fortinet technologies
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks)
- Manage firewall configurations, security policies, and access controls
- Perform network upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless network operations
- Maintain proper documentation of network configurations and processes
