Operation Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operation Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently. The role includes monitoring mobile and gift stock, inventory management, stock transfers, purchase and sales processes, billing and invoice coordination, data entry, daily reports, and maintaining proper records. The Operation Executive will ensure that all company processes and SOPs are strictly followed across stores, coordinate with store teams and warehouse staff, track pending activities, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate stock and transaction records. The candidate will also be responsible for MIS reports, Excel work, reconciliation, follow-ups with different departments, checking discrepancies/mismatches, and ensuring timely completion of operational tasks. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams are required. Experience in retail, mobile, electronics, inventory, or warehouse operations will be an advantage.
