  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and attendants with their queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, insurance, and other departments.
  • Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collect and maintain patient feedback.
  • Ensure smooth coordination throughout the patient journey.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports related to patient feedback and grievances.
  • 🎓 Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
