Job Description
Completion of on boarding of employees and get their offer letters released
• On-time ID card & Insurance Processing
• Completion of UAN & ESIC data provided to Compliance Team
• Rate of Completion of Employee Documentation
• Accurate Salary Invoice Processing
• Accurate Salary transaction
• Thorough Knowledge of Payroll Software and ability to resolve queries arising out of it
• Technical Knowledge of Preparing Compensation structure as per client Requirement
• Distribution of Pay slips & Resolution of Employee Grievance within TAT
• Ability to make sure there must be no financial burden on Company in the entire process of Salary / Reimbursement / Adjusting Debits etc.
• Ability to have clear Communication with Clients for their requirements
• Timely Submission of data required by Clients
• Number of Open House getting conducted in Each Client
• Maintaining Client Relationship, Follow Client SLAs, & Visit to clients for Transfer Numbers
• Ability to Maintain Complete Database of Each Client
• Following of Disciplinary Guidelines
• Initiative to take new Responsibilities
• Ability to increase Service levels and suggesting new ideas of improvement in services
