Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and pending activities.
  • Follow up on material, manpower, and other project requirements.
  • Conduct regular project status updates and maintain records.
  • Identify project issues/delays and coordinate for timely resolution.
  • Ensure project activities are completed as per quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Management, or relevant field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in project coordination/project management.
  • Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and MS Office/Excel skills.
