Job Description
Need a purchase Executive for our manufacturing company at odhav.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers for FMCG ingredients, packaging, and goods.
Purchase Orders & Procurement: Prepare, process, and release Purchase Orders (POs) based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
Price & Terms Negotiation: Negotiate best rates, payment cycles, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking; coordinate with warehouse teams for material verification.
Quality & Compliance: Coordinate with quality checks teams to ensure incoming raw/packaged materials meet brand safety standards.
