Job Summary

The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process of orthopaedic implants and surgical instruments. The role includes incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and medical device standards.

Key Responsibilities

·      Compliance & Quality Systems

·      Coordination & Reporting

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of orthopaedic implants and medical device manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 documentation and quality standards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments:
• Vernier Calliper, Micrometre , Height Gauge , Surface Finish Testing Instruments
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Biomedical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

Experience: 2–3 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in:

• Orthopaedic Implants , Medical Devices , Precision Engineering Manufacturing

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in CNC machining inspection.
• Knowledge of medical-grade materials and finishing processes.
• Understanding of implant traceability and batch documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on product quality and compliance.

Salary

As per experience and company standards.

Fresher: 18/20K

Experienced: 23/25K
