OB OPENING – FEMALE REAL ESTATE SALES STAFFPosition: Female Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Sales & Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time
- 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp & walk-ins.
- Explain property projects, pricing, offers and amenities to customers.
- Generate and follow up with property leads.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits.
- Build good relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until booking/closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- 👩 Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi & English.
- Presentable, confident and positive attitude.
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge.
