LIFE INSURANCE – BANCA CHANNEL
PositionRelationship Manager / Sales Manager – Bancassurance
- Job Responsibilities
- Generate Life Insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and bank staff.
- Generate leads from the bank’s existing customer base and convert them into business.
- Conduct joint customer meetings with bank staff and explain suitable life insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales, premium and case-count targets.
- Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products, sales processes and new product launches.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, documentation, medicals and policy issuance.
- Maintain regular branch visits and ensure effective branch activation and productivity.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline and customer records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
