💼 Role: Restaurant Manager (QSR)


At Burgonomics, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our outlet operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.


𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly

• Handle POS systems, billing, and transactions efficiently

• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalations

• Supervise staff, manage shifts, and maintain workflow

• Train team members and ensure SOP compliance

• Monitor performance and report updates to management.


𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Experience working with QSR brands is a must

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Hands-on approach with operations


💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (based on experience)
