Job Description

Sales
& Customer Engagement:

Engage
with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized
recommendations.

Product
& Market Knowledge:

Demonstrate
in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, gemstones, and
design styles.

Stay
informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor
activities.

Educate
customers on the unique benefits and details of jewelry pieces.
·
Store
Operations & Merchandising:
·
Ensure
the store environment is clean, organized, and features attractive jewelry
displays.
·
Assist
with inventory management, stock checks, and maintaining accurate
records.
·
Uphold
brand merchandise standards and ensure security of high-value items.
·
Customer
Service & Issue Resolution:
·
Provide
exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
·
Handle
customer complaints, returns, and exchange requests efficiently and
professionally.
·
Gather
customer feedback to contribute to business improvement.
·
Team
Leadership & Training:
·
Train
and mentor junior sales assistants.
·
Lead
by example in achieving sales goals and providing excellent service.

Reporting
& Analysis:

Prepare
regular sales performance reports for senior management.
