1. Job SummaryEEVEE Silver is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team across all showroom locations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, presenting silver jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

We welcome candidates who are passionate about sales, fashion, jewellery, and building long-term customer relationships.

2. Roles and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Welcome customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting silver jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
• Explain product designs, features, quality, pricing, and applicable offers.
• Provide a premium and personalized shopping experience.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.

Sales and Business Development

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Recommend suitable products and suggest additional items to increase sales.
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, schemes, new arrivals, and collections.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow up with potential customers when required.

Product Knowledge

• Develop knowledge of silver jewellery, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, chains, and other collections.
• Understand product pricing, billing procedures, discounts, and company policies.
• Stay updated on new designs, trends, and product launches.
• Explain product details accurately without making unauthorized claims.

Showroom Operations

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of jewellery displays.
• Handle jewellery carefully and follow company security procedures.
• Support stock counting, inventory verification, and display management.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processing as per company procedures.
• Follow showroom opening, closing, attendance, grooming, and reporting procedures.

Teamwork and Discipline

• Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members.
• Follow company policies, work schedules, and instructions from management.
• Maintain professional behaviour, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
• Report customer feedback, stock issues, and operational concerns to the Store Manager.
• 3. Educational QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Graduates and candidates with retail or sales qualifications are preferred.
• Candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.
• 4. Experience RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in jewellery retail, fashion retail, lifestyle products, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Experienced jewellery sales professionals will be preferred for suitable openings.
