Job Description

 Welcome customers and provide a premium, friendly and informative shopping experience. • Understand customer preferences, budget and occasion to recommend suitable jewellery. • Explain product features, purity, pricing, care and relevant brand policies accurately. • Support trials, product presentation, billing coordination, packaging and customer handover. • Achieve assigned individual and store sales targets. • Maintain visual merchandising standards, product cleanliness and display discipline. • Build customer relationships and support repeat visits, referrals and CRM follow-ups. • Follow store SOPs for security, stock handling, customer service and daily opening/closing
