Palkan Perfumes is a manufacturer and exporter of customized car air fresheners and fragrance products, specializing in custom paper air fresheners, private-label manufacturing, and OEM/third-party supply.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, handling enquiries, and converting leads into orders.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with sales, and willing to learn about customized manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Present Palkan’s customized paper air fresheners, private-label products, and OEM solutions.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Share product catalogues, quotations, samples, and commercial details.

* Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

* Coordinate with the internal team for samples, artwork, customization, production, and dispatch.

* Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports.

* Develop long-term relationships and generate repeat orders.

* Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

* Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and field visits.

* Identify and approach potential customers in automotive, car dealerships, workshops, detailing studios, distributors, corporate gifting, and institutional sectors.

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

* Comfortable with cold calling and customer meetings.

* Willingness to travel for client visits when required. (Rarely)

* Basic knowledge of Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

* Experience in B2B sales, automotive accessories, manufacturing, printing, packaging, gifting, or fragrance products will be an advantage.

* Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
