Develop new B2B customers through field visits, cold calling, references, WhatsApp and email outreach.

Visit corporates, SMEs, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, IT companies and other institutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

Arrange product demonstrations and coordinate with the technical team where required.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial discussions.

Maintain regular follow-up until order closure and payment realization.

Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

Maintain daily sales activity reports, customer visit reports and lead status.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Monitor competitor pricing and market developments and report relevant information to management.

Coordinate with management for product availability, pricing, delivery and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Experience: 1–5 years in B2B/IT/technology/equipment sales preferred.

Skills required:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong follow-up ability

Customer relationship management

Basic knowledge of computers/IT products

Comfortable with field sales and travelling

Good knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and email

Target-oriented and self-motivated
