Job Description
• Client Acquisition: Identify and visit key decision-makers including builders, contractors, and architects MEP CONSULTANT to pitch product lines.
• Dealer & Channel Development: Appoint, manage, and support local building material dealers to drive both sales volume and value.
• Technical Presentations: Promote products for specifications in Bill of Quantities (BOQs) through technical discussions.
• Order & Payment Follow-up: Negotiate commercial proposals, close sales within company margins, and track timely payment recoveries.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and upcoming construction or infrastructure projects in the territory.
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports (DSR/DAR), CRM records, and pipeline updates for management.
