Job Description

We are hiring energetic Sales Officers to drive Direct Sales for IDFC FIRST Bank’s Personal Loan department.

We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in sourcing and logging files from Branch, Corporate Salary, and Open Market channels.

You will be responsible for building client relationships and consistently achieving acquisition targets. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for field sales, with the added benefit of earning attractive incentives on a month-on-month basis.
