About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Inbound Sales Support Executive to handle incoming customer enquiries, coordinate with the sales team, prepare quotations, and follow up with potential customers to help convert enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, website leads, and other customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
• Prepare and send quotations/proposals to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads after sending quotations and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Coordinate with the technical/sales team to understand requirements and provide accurate information to customers.
• Respond to customer questions professionally and promptly.
• Identify potential opportunities and help move leads through the sales process.
• Schedule meetings/calls between prospects and the relevant team members when required.
• Maintain a systematic lead follow-up schedule so that no enquiry is missed.
• Update CRM/Google Sheets or other internal systems with the latest lead status.
• Coordinate with customers until the enquiry is successfully converted or closed.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding pending quotations, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Basic understanding of sales and lead follow-up processes.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Google Sheets/Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work systematically.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination will be an advantage.
