*Key Responsibilities**  

- **Taxation & Compliance**  

 - Oversee GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filings.  

 - Handle statutory audits, annual returns, and compliance communication with tax authorities.  

 - Review and approve correction statements, reconciliations, and compliance reports.  

- **Financial Reporting**  

 - Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).  

 - Ensure accuracy in ledgers, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.  

 - Provide advisory on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.  

- **Client Advisory**  

 - Guide clients on tax planning, compliance strategies, and financial risk management.  

 - Liaise with government departments (GST, Income Tax, ROC) for client matters.  

 - Support clients in resolving mismatches, notices, and compliance queries.  

- **Team Leadership**  

 - Supervise junior accountants and audit associates.  

 - Train staff on GST/TDS updates and compliance procedures.  

 - Ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to deadlines.

- **Education**: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CA Qualified.  

- **Experience**: 5+ years in accounting, taxation, and audit (preferably in consulting firms).  

- **Technical Skills**: Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST portal, TRACES, MCA portal.  

- **Soft Skills**: Leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
