Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Description

1)     Customer Retention & Relationship Management

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

·      Handle customer queries and complaints, and provide timely resolutions

·      Regular follow-up with customers for feedback and satisfaction levels

·      Ensure a smooth post-sales experience for customers

·      Work on the Resell property inquiry

·      Schedule maximum Revisit & Achieve the monthly target

      2) Client Engagement Activities

·      Conduct regular calls, messages, or meetings to stay connected with clients

·      Organize customer engagement activities or events (if required)

·      Maintain a database of existing clients for future opportunities
