Senior Tele Caller

Role Summary

You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers. Your job is to engage leads by phone, qualify their requirements, invite them to project events, and convert interest into confirmed site visits for The Universe By Laxmi.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads from marketing campaigns, channel partners and the existing customer database
• Call prospects and existing contacts to invite them to project events, launches and site activities, and confirm their attendance
• Explain project features, configurations, location advantages and payment plans clearly and accurately
• Qualify leads on budget, requirement, timeline and decision-making authority
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the on-site sales team for smooth handover
• Follow up consistently with warm leads until they visit or close
• Update every call, status and remark in the CRM the same day
• Share daily call, visit and event-RSVP reports with the Sales Manager
• Re-engage old or cold leads with fresh offers and updates
• Communicate only approved, RERA-compliant information; no unauthorised commitments on pricing or possession

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling, pre-sales or inside sales experience (freshers will not be considered)
• Banking or insurance sector telecalling experience preferred, e.g. loans, credit cards, policies or investment products
• Real estate pre-sales experience is an added advantage
• Must be available to join immediately
• Proven track record of meeting high-volume calling and appointment or conversion targets
• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; working knowledge of English
• Confident, persuasive and polite phone manner, with experience handling objections from high-value buyers
• Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business and basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Disciplined, target-driven and able to handle rejection positively

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
