Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily service calls, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Assign service jobs to field technicians and monitor job completion.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with the service, spare parts, and store teams for material availability.

Prepare and maintain service reports, work orders, and documentation.

Manage AMC schedules and service follow-ups.

Update ERP/CRM systems with service call details and job status.

Coordinate with customers regarding installation, maintenance, and service visits.

Ensure timely closure of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Cold Room industry preferred.

Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, ERP, or CRM software.

Excellent coordination, planning, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks.
