Showroom Sales Executive

About the Role

We are hiring a Showroom Sales Executive for our Crockery & Utensils Department. The role involves handling walk-in customers, assisting them in selecting products, maintaining product displays, managing stock movement, and ensuring smooth department operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable crockery, cutlery, utensils, and serving products.
• Upsell related products to increase order value.
• Maintain proper display of all items in the department.
• Ensure every product has a pricing sticker.
• Keep shelves, display areas, and products clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock.
• Maintain proper inward and outward stock records.
• Separate damaged or defective items immediately.
• Support packing of fragile items carefully for customers.
• Ensure no unnecessary cartons or unrelated items block the display area.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of showroom, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/software is a plus.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, display, and stock organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Experience in crockery, utensils, kitchenware, or homeware is an advantage.
