Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SMT Machine Operator to operate and monitor Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines used in PCB assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor SMT pick-and-place machines.
- Set up machines and load components, feeders, and PCBs.
- Ensure accurate component placement as per production requirements.
- Monitor the machine during production and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Perform quality checks on assembled PCBs.
- Identify and report component placement or machine-related defects.
- Maintain proper production records and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
- Experience as an SMT Machine Operator is preferred.
- Knowledge of SMT machines, PCB assembly, feeders, and components.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and PCB layouts.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
