✅ *Opening:* State Head – Gujarat – Manager

📍 *Location:* Ahmedabad  

💼 *Experience:* 5–8 Years (Direct Sales & Team Handling)  

🏦 *Preferred Industry:* Banking / Financial Services / Insurance / Credit Cards / FMCG Sales  

💰 *CTC:* Up to ₹10 Lakhs (Based on experience & fitment)  

🗣️ *Languages:* Hindi, Gujarati & English  

📌 *Eligibility:* Local candidates will be preferred  

⚡ *Preference:* Immediate joiners will be preferred

*Key Responsibilities*

✔ Drive Government NPS business across Gujarat.  

✔ Lead and mentor the State team to achieve business targets.  

✔ Build and strengthen relationships with Government Departments and key stakeholders.  

✔ Conduct awareness sessions and presentations on NPS.  

✔ Drive PFM migration and new NPS acquisition initiatives.  

✔ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
