Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Ensure proper documentation (GRN, delivery challans, stock registers, etc.)
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement requests
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams
  • Maintain FIFO/LIFO practices as required
  • Handle inward and outward logistics efficiently
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store
  • Prevent material loss, damage, or pilferage
