Customer Support Executive – Online Business
Hume customer support ke liye ek employee chahiye.
Kaam kya rahega:
- Customers ke phone calls attend karna
- WhatsApp par customers ke messages ka reply dena
- Instagram DM ka reply karna
- Product, price, order aur delivery se related basic questions ka answer dena
- Customer ki problem samajhkar proper solution dena
- Zarurat padne par issue senior team ko batana
Candidate mein kya hona chahiye:
- Basic Hindi aur English samajh aur bol sake
- Customer se politely baat kar sake
- WhatsApp aur Instagram use karna aata ho
- Computer ka basic knowledge ho
- Customer handling ka patience ho
- Online business mein kaam karne ki understanding ho to achha hai
Main focus: Customer ko fast, polite aur helpful response dena.
