Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Assign daily/weekly tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely marketing and placement of bench consultants.
Manage the full sales life cycle: from sourcing requirements and screening to negotiating rates and closing positions.
Train new team members on best practices, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), and third-party vendor interactions.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and develop new client/vendor networks.
Ensure regular submission of resumes, interview follow-ups, and consistent placements.
Monitor consultant status and ensure bench consultants are continuously marketed.
Resolve team challenges and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
Provide regular reporting on sales metrics, pipeline, and performance insights.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Bench Sales experience in US IT Staffing.
At least 1–2 years of team handling or leadership experience.
