Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Generate leads and achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
• Provide regular reports on calling activity and lead status.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Freshers can apply; previous telecalling/sales experience is preferred.
