Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain Lexcru’s water-purification products, features and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Generate sales enquiries and convert leads into potential customers.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service and Dispatch teams when required.
- Schedule customer appointments, product demonstrations or sales follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
