Telemarketing Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a Telemarketing Executive who will be responsible for generating new business leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in making business calls, and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential B2B customers and generate new leads.
• Follow up with existing leads, inquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements such as product, application, quantity, location, and delivery requirement.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate qualified leads and forward important requirements to the Sales Team.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer requirements, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up regularly on quotations and pending orders.
• Reconnect with old, inactive, and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for pricing, product availability, quotation, and order-related requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers through Phone and WhatsApp.
• Identify customer objections and communicate relevant information to help move the lead forward.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English; Gujarati will be an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable with outbound calling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, and computer operations.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle B2B customers professionally.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telemarketing, telesales, B2B sales, or industrial products will be preferred.
