Female Telecaller – Real Estate Sales

Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate real estate sales leads.

* Follow up with existing leads through calls and WhatsApp.

* Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.

* Explain project details, pricing, offers and other relevant information to potential buyers.

* Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.

* Build a positive relationship with prospective customers and assist them throughout the initial sales process.

* Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

* Female candidates with good communication and convincing skills.

* Fluent in Gujarati/Hindi; basic English communication preferred.

* Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.

* Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.

* Prior telecalling, real estate or sales experience will be an advantage.

* Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000/month, depending on experience and interview performance.
