Telesales Executive

Job Description:

* Enter, update, and maintain customer and business records accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information about products and services.

* Follow up with leads and maintain records of customer interactions.

* Verify, organize, and update customer contact information.

* Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and collecting customer requirements.

* Maintain call logs, sales records, and activity reports.

* Respond to basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team when necessary.

* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

* Prepare daily and weekly reports on calling activities and data entry tasks.

* Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry tools.

* Ability to make and handle customer calls professionally.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Prior experience in data entry, telecalling, customer service, or sales support is a plus.
