Job Description

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.

Sell WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing and Voice/IVR solutions.

Generate and manage leads through cold calling, referrals and inbound enquiries.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.

Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.

Handle objections, pricing discussions and deal closures.

Follow up with warm leads and existing/past enquiries.

Maintain client relationships for repeat business and upselling.

Update calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions in CRM.

Stay updated on products, market trends and competitor pricing.
