JOB DESCRIPTION: TRAVEL SALES EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: Satellite, Ahmedabad

SALARY: ₹18,800–₹22,800 / Month

WORK MODE: On-site / Full-time

WORKING DAYS: Monday–Saturday

WORKING HOURS: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are hiring Travel Sales Executives for a full-time, on-site role in Satellite, Ahmedabad. The role involves following up on leads, planning domestic and international travel itineraries, managing travel bookings and supporting clients throughout their travel experience. Immediate joiners are preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on daily sales leads and maintain an updated client database.

• Plan and customize domestic and international travel itineraries based on client needs.

• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, visas, insurance and transportation.

• Provide destination guidance, including weather, culture and visa requirements.

• Handle reservations, cancellations, itinerary changes and travel-related enquiries.

• Resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate client and booking records.

• Work toward monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and travel suppliers.

• Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates and relevant regulations. 

Required Skills / Candidate Profile:

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, typing and social media platforms.

• Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

• Fluency in Hindi and English.

• Ability to manage follow-ups, bookings and multiple customer requests.

• Age preference: 22–40 years; male and female candidates may apply.

Qualification / Eligibility:

• Graduate / MBA qualification specified.

• 2 years of experience preferred; freshers can also apply.

• Full-time, on-site availability; immediate joining preferred. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• In-hand salary: ₹18,800–₹22,800 per month.

• Performance-based incentives, travelling allowance and paid leave benefits.

• Sunday weekly off. 

Interview Process:

• Initial screening by the recruitment service provider.

• Face-to-face interview and technical test with company management.
