Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit and publish Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and short-form videos.
- Find relevant/trending content ideas and convert them into engaging short videos.
- Shoot and edit videos for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create product videos, promotional videos, educational content and marketing creatives.
- Manage day-to-day Meta/Instagram/Facebook pages, including content posting and scheduling.
- Write basic captions, hooks and content concepts for Reels and short videos.
- Use AI tools for content ideas, scripts, voiceovers, video creation, editing and productivity.
- Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creatives, monitoring and basic optimization.
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, leads and ad performance.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of CapCut Pro.
- Practical experience with AI video/content creation tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms, Reels and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising.
- Good sense of visuals, trending content, hooks, transitions and storytelling.
- Ability to independently create → edit → post → promote content.
- Preferred Candidate2–5 years of relevant experience in video editing/content creation/social media.
- Experience in pharma, healthcare or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
- Must have a portfolio of Reels/short videos.
- Creative, self-driven and able to generate new content ideas regularly.
