Sales Manager – Eicher Small Trucks

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales of Eicher Small Commercial Vehicles in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
• Develop new customers and generate business through field visits, market mapping and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners, business owners, contractors and individual customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in Ahilyanagar and nearby areas.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry and quotation to booking, finance coordination and vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with the finance team, dealership management and workshop/service team to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer requirements.
• Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure proper CRM/data reporting.
• Participate in customer meets, exhibitions, roadshows and local marketing activities.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in automobile/commercial vehicle sales preferred.
• Experience in commercial vehicle, LCV, SCV, truck or automobile sales will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the local Ahilyanagar market and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong field-sales and customer relationship management abilities.
• Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
• Should be comfortable with extensive local travel and field visits.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred.
• Candidates with an existing network among transporters, fleet owners and business customers will be preferred.
