About the Role:

Gopal & Sons is looking for an experienced, smart and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers professionally and understand their requirements.
• Recommend outfits based on customer preferences, occasion and budget.
• Handle sales, billing and day-to-day customer interactions.
• Manage store display, stock arrangement and product presentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive repeat customers.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges and service issues professionally.
• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness and overall premium appearance.
• Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain basic stock and sales records.
• Take responsibility for opening/closing and overall store management when required.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in ladies fashion / ethnic wear / premium retail preferred.
• Good communication and convincing sales skills.
• Smart, presentable and confident personality.
• Strong customer-handling skills.
• Ability to independently manage a retail store.
• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory is preferred.
• Must be target-oriented and willing to take responsibility.
