Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales across assigned markets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product reach.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support market-growth plans.
- Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activity, and share field insights.
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and effective in-store execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and coordinate with the internal team.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of sales experience; FMCG industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
- Familiarity with local markets, distributors, and retailers in Rajasthan will be an advantage.
- Graduate preferred; fresh, highly motivated candidates with relevant exposure may also be considered.
