Requirements
* Minimum BA Pass
* Good English speaking & communication skills
* Good Computer knowledge
* Immigration & Visa knowledge is required
* Knowledge of visa documentation and application process
* Customer handling and counselling skills
* Travel/immigration experience preferred
* Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
Responsibilities
* Handle visa and immigration enquiries
* Explain visa requirements and documentation to clients
* Prepare and check visa documents
* Handle calls, WhatsApp and emails
* Coordinate with clients regarding applications
* Maintain office records and documentation
* Assist with daily travel-office operations
Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience
