Job Description


We are looking for a polite, friendly, and customer-focused Waiter / Steward to provide excellent service to guests and support daily restaurant operations. Freshers are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Explain menu items and assist customers with their requirements.
  • Ensure timely and proper service.
  • Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order service.
  • Handle customer requests and basic complaints professionally.
  • Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
  • Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
